Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions carefully to ensure a seamless experience with our services.

Terms Banner
No Refund

The booked outfit cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Pickup Policy

The booked outfit must be taken 2 days before the function date.

Late Return

Outfit must be returned within two days after the function date, otherwise additional rent will be charged.

Damage Policy

In case of damage or loss, the customer is liable to pay the actual cost of the outfit.

Agreement

I have read and understood all the above terms and conditions.

Bill Policy

The bill issued at booking must be presented at the time of delivery and return.
